Shipment from the UK to final destination in Syria (around £2,500 per container)
No one takes a wage and we all volunteer our time.
Many volunteers also donate use of vehicles and cover fuel costs themselves but occasionally we do need to hire a van.
200 sq ft room = half a container and costs £80 a week

How do our containers get there?

Our loaded containers are transported by road and then sea to the Port of Mersin, south-eastern Turkey

The containers and/or their contents are then moved from Mersin to Zero Point (the border between Turkey and Syria)

The contents of the container are then off-loaded onto a truck from Syria, because containers are not allowed inside Syria

The contents are then transported by truck from Zero Point to our partners warehouse in Syria

From the warehouse it is moved again in trucks to the fina destination and to people needing aid .
